Communication Letter to Award network in China

Dear Award Family,

I am delighted to inform you that with tremendous support from The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation and our local Government, the Award in China has recently completed a very successful transition. To be specific, we have transitioned from a WFOE to a local enterprise, in order to better meet the needs of our licensed schools and organizations, recognized providers, and ultimately our current and future participants of the Award in China.

The transition will be smooth and seamless and there will be no impact on our licensed & recognized schools/organizations or our registered participants. All signed agreements, current fee policy, and delivering/participating/supporting systems will remain effective. The company (Beijing Intaward International Culture Development Company Limited) will continue to run the Award in China as the National Award Operator, ensuring the same quality Award delivery and professional service you have come to expect over the past three and a half years. As many of you know, the team are always ready to support!

At this time, I am also delighted to introduce our new Board of Directors; I am joined on the Board by MS. Yang Hui, Mr. Song Hui, Mr. Hu Hongjun and MS. Wang Siwen. This new Board is a group of like-minded people who are passionate about holistic education and will continue to uphold the Award’s Mission and Vision, broadening the Award’s reach and access throughout China.

I would also like to take this opportunity to extend our sincere gratitude to all our supporters. With your strong support, we have high confidence that the Award in China will continue to thrive and provide many more development opportunities to the young people in China!
